Location was exceptional by being on the waterfront of downtown Manteo. Enjoyed the upstairs shared deck to chill and relax. Within walking distance of small shops, restaurants, Festival Park and Lighthouse. Property included continental breakfast, and featured a restaurant within the property for dinner (however, we did not have opportunity to eat there). The room was clean, bed comfortable and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. This location was within 3.5 miles of “The Lost Colony” outdoor play, and a short drive from Kitty Hawk/OBX.

We absolutely loved the location, view and overall cozy nature of the home. The rooms were spacious with vaulted ceilings. We were on the first floor, with a breezeway that connected to the parking lot and the water - perfect location. We also loved the key less entry made arrival and checkout extremely efficient and pain free. They had a simple, but delicious continental breakfast, complimentary bottled water during the day and afternoon wine/cheese. We enjoyed an appetizer from the onsite restaurant, delicious!

Location is great. Went for new years eve and had dinner at the inn. Fabulous. Great amenities on property including wine reception 3-5pm daily

The breakfast was good. Also appreciated the wine and cheese from 3-4. The bed was good. Loved the setting and liked to be able to walk around the waterfront.

I loved that the rooms had hardwood floors, the room was very clean and spacious. It was really convenient having an easily accessible ice machine. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the happy hour in the afternoon, and the views!!!

The location on the waterfront in the historic town was wonderful. Awesome views of the marina and walking distance to the quaint shops and eateries nearby.

Staff was friendly, facilities clean and great access to town. Wine hour charming and breakfest buffett was perferct. Interior design was comforting and loved the outdoor deck overlooking the water.

Our room was very nice and very clean. The only thing to complain about was that our room was on the third floor so carrying our luggage up three flights was no fun. We will definitely stay here again. Very close to activities, shopping and restaurants. We absolutely loved it!
